Would you like to help? Many volunteers are needed!

More than 250 cast members present the pageant over four nights, and an almost equal number of support volunteers are on hand to help produce the pageant for the enjoyment of more than 5000 visitors each evening it is on.

It is preferred that volunteers be available for at least two of the pageant evenings (either Friday/Saturday, or Sunday/Monday).

Massed Choir: main building

• ADVERTISING: deliver posters; deliver packages to churches in Halton (local area routes)
• COSTUMING: moving costumes to and from storage
• PROPS: moving props to and from storage; setting up and taking down
• LIGHTING: set-up and remove lighting at each scene (before and after the pageant)

During the pageant:

• COSTUMING: helping in the dressing rooms.
• LANTERNS: fill, place and collect lanterns each evening
• PROPS: placing props in scenes each night
• RECEPTION: greeting visitors
• REFRESHMENTS: serving hot drinks and cookies to visitors
• PARKING: parking lot attendants
• SAFETY PEOPLE: helping people on and off the wagons
